Responsibilities & Required Skills:
-Diploma in Information Technology or other related fields of study or equivalent technical experience
-Experience supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem both on-site & helpdesk
-Processes Microsoft Certification will be advantages
-Good communication skills and able to work independently
-Good customer handling skills
-Experience in desktop & server support
-In-depth knowledge in Windows 2000/2003/XP environment
-Knowledge of networking - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
-Good knowledge with desktop & server hardware and experience in support and troubleshooting
-Good knowledge in MS Office, Outlook and standard applications
-Bilingual in English & Chinese
-Singaporean or Singapore PR
-Fresh graduates may apply
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a ITE or Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Chinese
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably junior executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
